These terms apply to this website and to services provided by Kudos Creative, including the PULSE messaging platform. By using them you agree to these terms.
Our services
Project work is governed by the proposal or agreement signed with each client. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
WhatsApp messaging
Messages sent through PULSE use the official WhatsApp Business Platform and must follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies. Organisations using PULSE must only message people who have agreed to receive their messages, and must honour opt-out requests.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to send spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or to message people without their consent.
Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to Kudos Creative unless stated otherwise. Ownership of client work is set out in each client agreement.
Liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
